We take extra care in ensuring that every piece of jewellery we deliver is of the highest quality. Our products undergo thorough quality checks and are then packed in a South East Fashions Jewellery Box with a layer of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, whether the purchase was made online including our website, Facebook, and Instagram Shop or In-store, once the item has been received by the customer in good condition.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged, please make an unboxing video that includes the opening of the outer shipping satchel or padded mailer bag and contact us at +61425023453 within 10 hours of delivery by the shipping company to report the damage. Claims for faulty or damaged products without an attached unboxing video will not be considered and will be rejected.
